• Quarterly Report (April 2008): provides a brief status on current compliance activities.
• Hydraulic Control Assessment (April 2008): Analyzes the effectiveness of the pumping wells adjacent to Route 3 in capturing and preventing the migration of impacted groundwater from Turner Pit.
• Alternatives Analysis and Proposed Remediation Report: This document was submitted to MDE as a combined Turner Pit and Waugh Chapel Pit remediation proposal. The remediation is designed to achieve the groundwater quality standards established by MDE under the Consent Agreement and also identifies the locations where compliance will be measured, in conformance with paragraph 36 of the Consent Agreement.
• Water Sampling Plan: This document describes Constellation's plan for ongoing assessment of the groundwater. This assessment is consistent with paragraph 33 of the Consent Agreement and will supplement the models developed in the Proposed Remediation Report with actual data from site conditions.
