- This document was submitted to MDE as a combined Turner Pit and Waugh Chapel Pit remediation proposal. The remediation is designed to achieve the groundwater quality standards established by MDE under the Consent Agreement and also identifies the locations where compliance will be measured, in conformance with paragraph 36 of the Consent Agreement.
