Status of Remediation

Constellation Energy continues to meet all requirements of the consent agreement signed with the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) in October 2007.

Constellation Energy is working on a sequenced schedule that calls first for thoroughly evaluating the BBSS site and then making recommendations on how best to minimize and control leaching into ground water, clean up affected groundwater, and ensure there are no further impacts.
